I have not been able to write in this BLOG for a very long time so I am just going to try and give a very brief synopsis of the two weeks we have spent in Brazil.
Friday, April 11
arrived in Sau Paolo and were greeting by two very friendly Rotarians the two Paulos, who were nice enough to take us to the Municipal Mercado and the Museum of Modern Art for a very delicious lunch.
Friday Night, april 11
Arrived at Confins Airport outside of Belo Horizonte and meet all of our host families from Sete Lagaos. My host family was Raquel and Eduardo, very nice and patient with my complete lack of Portugese.
Saturday, APRIL 12
DAY OF REST hung out by the pool and relaxed.
Sunday, April 13
Futebol
The team and Rotarians went to a football game, or soccer game in Belo Horizonte. Athletico Vs. Tupi. Braizilians are intense futebol fans , probably the most energetic group I have seen at a sporting event.

Dear GSE Team 5190,
It sounds like you are having a wonderful time exploring and learning about Brazil. I am looking forward to seeing all of you "live" at the District Conference. Special shout out to Jenny from the Fallon Rotary Club. We are excited for you and can't wait to hear about all of your adventures.
